  • All the papers from court you and your spouse need to obtain a divorce.
  • Assistance to prepare you for the divorce hearing.
  • When spouses have a settlement agreement, the court hearing is usually routine and does not require the presence of a divorce attorney; only one spouse needs to be present at the hearing.
